Whichever activities you choose to participate in, you no doubt want to create living memories, and what better way to do that than to have a nice picture hanging on your living or bedroom wall?
There is a reason why fall is the perfect season to take family photos. And as we welcome the season, you should not miss out on the opportunity to take your family out for a memorable photo session.

~Things to consider for a family photo session
For a successful family photoshoot, take into consideration the following things:
- Note that the weather during autumn can be unpredictable. First, check the weather to see whether you need to consider changing the location.
- There is no guarantee for the type of color fall. For instance, a windstorm can mean more leaves to play with.
- Fall is a time for various activities, so make sure you set a date that works for everybody involved in the photo session.
How long are the sessions? Sessions are 30 minutes long, which is just enough time to get all the images that we need to deliver you a great gallery. If you’ve worked with us in the past, you know how fast we shoot and that we are more than capable of giving you a great session in that time frame.
Oh no! I missed the sessions for 2021! How can I be sure to book one of the limited 2022 Sessions before they fill up again? Bookings open in June of 2022 and close at the end of October. Please email our studio concierge at cs@irismagicmail.com to be sure you’re added to our mailing list. Our mailing list recipients will have early notice for pre-booking opportunities.
May I bring other family and can my spouse and I be in the portraits? You may bring who you like, there is an additional fee if there are more than 7 family members.
What is your late arrival policy? Because our sessions are booked back to back all day, arriving more than 15 minutes late may cause you to miss your session time. We do not reschedule late arrivals nor push back our next guests. There are no refunds for missed appointments.
What if I need to reschedule? Any rescheduling requests must be made no later one week prior to your appointment. The sessions are subject to availability and rescheduling, even with a one week notice is never guaranteed.
