How long are the sessions? Normally 30 minutes. If you feel you may need a little extra time due to a shy child we recommend to schedule the session through the week. There is not extra charge if we go over a few minutes.
How many people can fit into a studio shot? No more than 12.

Newborn sessions
How long are the sessions? Our studio allows 2 hours.

How many times can I change my baby? Most newborns do 3 outfits.

Business headshots
How long are the sessions? Our studio blocks off 30 minutes, but it is typically done within 15.
When is the session fee due? When the appointment is reserved.
Where do you take them? In our studio or at your place of business.
Can we change clothing? It depends on the package that is chosen at the time of booking. Please see the details of the headshot you have chosen.
What happens after the session? A link is sent out via email with the proofs and instructions on how to choose the ones that should be retouched.
How quick will I see the proofs? It depends on the session that is booked. Most sessions have a 48 turn around time. The same day headshot session package includes same day viewing immediately following the session.
What is the process of retouching a business headshot? A retouch includes removal of stray hairs, blemishes, skin softening, eye brightening and teeth whitening.
How long does it take for deliver of the retouched photos?
Again, it depends on the package that was chosen. Same day packages are delivered the same day. Most other packages have a 48 hour turn around time (does not count Saturday and Sunday).

What is a limited edition session? Because there is only one sunset an evening. We only book one per night and there will be no rush to finish or other families waiting in line behind you.

What are you hours? 12-5 Tuesday-Thursday and 10-1 on Saturday. We quite frequently take appointments outside of business hours.
Do you accept walk-in’s? Yes, but an appointment is highly recommended.
