Terms Of Service

Terms and Conditions -Session fees and retainers are not refundable. -Client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session if they do not give 72-hour notice.   If 72-hour notice is given, the fee can be credited towards a future session but must be used within 30 days. -Please do not take photos or videos in our studio, cell phones included. – Sessions will start at scheduled times.  If you are late it will be deducted from the session time. -We reserve the right to cancel if you are more than 15 minutes late. -Orders not picked by within 30 days are subject to a $25 per month storage fee. -Basic retouching is included- color correction and removal of slight imperfections. -Beauty retouching is not included on proofs, digital copies or images 8×10 or smaller (may be added for an hourly rate).  Beauty retouch includes the removal of wrinkles, slimming, teeth whitening, etc.  Beauty retouching is included in printed wall art 11×14 or larger or most business headshots. -Purchased images are kept on file for 6 months. Images not purchased are discarded 2 weeks after your viewing/ordering session. -Digital download links will stay available for 7 days, there will be a $49 fee to reactive the link. -There is no charge for re-shoots due to technical issues, however, we cannot offer free re-shoots for the following reasons- dissatisfaction of clothing, facial expressions, wind, hair or other items beyond our control. -Due to the custom nature of our work all sales or final and items may not be returned or exchanged.
