-Session fees or deposits are due at the time of booking to secure your time and date and are non-refundable, please give 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule to avoid paying another deposit.
-Please do not take photos or video in our studio, cell phones included.
– Your session will begin at the agreed upon time, please be dressed and ready to begin. Please do not spend session time getting ready.
-We reserve the right to cancel if you are more than 15 minutes late.
-Our studio is by appointment only.
-Orders not picked by within 30 days are subject to a $25 per month storage fee.
-All sessions come with ONE viewing/ordering appointment, so all decisions makers need to be present. There is a charge for additional ordering sessions. Failure to make a decision or a “no show” will result in a $49 rescheduling fee.
-Basic retouch is included- color correction and removal of slight imperfections.
-Beauty retouching is not included on proofs, digital copies or images 8×10 or smaller (may be added for an hourly rate). Beauty retouch includes removal of wrinkles, slimming, teeth whitening, etc. Beauty retouching is included in printed wall art that is 11×14 or larger or most business headshots.
-Purchased images are kept on file for 6 months. Images not purchases are discarded 2 weeks after your viewing/ordering session.
-Digital download links will stay available for 14 days, there will be a $49 fee to reactive the link.
-Images may be posted to an online gallery after the ordering session.
-Payment is due the day of the viewing/ordering session. Payment arrangements should be discussed at the time of scheduling the session.
-There is no charge for re-shoots due to technical issues, however we cannot offer free re-shoots for the following reasons- dissatisfaction of clothing, facial expressions, wind, hair or other items beyond our control.
-Due to the custom nature of our work all sales or final and items may not be returned or exchanged.
