Welcome to irismagic.com. We understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business. This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the IrisMagic who visit without transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by IrisMagic.
-Session fees or deposits are due at the time of booking to secure your time and date and are non-refundable; please give 72 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule to avoid paying another deposit.
– Your session will begin at the agreed-upon time; please be dressed and ready to begin. Please do not spend session time getting ready.
-We reserve the right to cancel if you are more than 15 minutes late.
-Our studio is by appointment only.
-Basic retouching is included- color correction and removal of slight imperfections.
-Beauty retouching is not included on proofs, digital copies or images 8×10 or smaller (may be added at the current rate). Beauty retouching includes removal of wrinkles, slimming, teeth whitening, etc. Beauty retouching is included in printed wall art 11×14 or larger or most business headshots.
-Purchased images are kept on file for six months. Images not purchased are discarded 2 weeks after your viewing/ordering session.
-Digital download links will stay available for 14 days; there will be a $49 fee to reactive the link.
-Images may be posted to an online gallery after the ordering session.
-Payment is due the day of the viewing/ordering session; please discuss payment plans before the session.
-There is no charge for re-shoots due to technical issues, however, we cannot offer free re-shoots for the following reasons- dissatisfaction with clothing, facial expressions, wind, hair, or other items beyond our control.
-Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales or final items may not be returned or exchanged.
-Orders not picked up within 30 days are subject to a $25 monthly storage fee.
-All sessions come with ONE viewing/ordering appointment, so all decision-makers need to be present. There is a charge for additional ordering sessions. Failure to decide or a “no show” will result in a $49 rescheduling fee.
-Clients are not permitted to post photos without a watermark on social media websites.
Are Cookies Used on the Site?
Cookies are used for a variety of reasons. We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. We also use Cookies for security purposes to protect our Authorized Customers. For example, if an Authorized Customer is logged on and the site is unused for more than 10 minutes, we will automatically log the Authorized Customer off.
